Real Estate Reserve is a referral service and marketing platform. We are not a real estate brokerage, and we do not represent you in real estate transactions. We connect you with licensed third-party real estate agents and brokerages ("Partners").
Using this site does not create an agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and Real Estate Reserve. Your relationship with any agent you are matched with is independent of us and governed by your agreement with that agent.
While we vet agents based on performance metrics (such as transaction volume and list-to-sale ratios), we do not guarantee specific outcomes, sale prices, service levels, or commission rates. You are responsible for interviewing and selecting your agent.
Real Estate Reserve is not liable for any damages, losses, costs, or disputes arising from your interaction with matched agents or the purchase/sale of any property. We are not a party to any agreement entered into between you and a Partner agent.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
